Bhavesh Balar, MD
Dr. Bhavesh Balar specializes in medical oncology and hematology, and is board certified in both specialties. Dr. Balar has been treating patients in the Freehold/central New Jersey community since 2006.
Dr. Balar received his medical degree and graduated magna cum laude from the University of South Florida College of Medicine in Tampa. He completed his residency in internal medicine at University of South Florida College of Medicine. Then, he conducted his fellowship training at H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center and Research Institute, in the area of medical oncology and hematology.
Dr. Balar is a member of the medical staff at CentraState Medical Center in Freehold, Bayshore Community Hospital in Holmdel, Riverview Medical Center in Red Bank and Raritan Bay Hospital in Old Bridge. He also serves as Chairman of the Cancer Committee at CentraState Medical Center.
