Terrill Jordan is President and Chief Executive Officer at Regional Cancer Care Associates.  Under his leadership, RCCA is driving to become a national leader in high-quality, value-based community oncology care.

As Chief Science Officer and Director of Research and Innovation, Dr. Andre Goy is responsible for developing strategies that will bring research and clinical trials to all RCCA locations. Under Dr. Goy’s leadership, patients in local communities throughout New Jersey will be able to access cutting-edge clinical trials focused on novel therapies and biomarker-driven research.

Dr. Iuliana Shapira, MD is Chief Medical Officer at Regional Cancer Care Associates. She oversees clinical operations which includes quality of care and patient safety, coordination of clinical care, development of clinical information support systems, and physician engagement in strategic initiatives to provide value-based quality care.

Peter Tate is Chief Financial Officer at Regional Cancer Care Associates (RCCA). He is responsible for leading the organization’s financial management and financial operations, including operating and capital budgeting.

Frank Casamassima is Chief Technology Officer at Regional Cancer Care Associates where he is responsible for the management, security, and support of information systems and telecommunications.

Tammy Hopson joined Regional Cancer Care Associates in 2015 with an understanding that any successful organization is one that values, mentors, and continually educates its employees, Tammy has leveraged her leadership skills gained as a former active duty navy reservist to lead by example.

Janet LaBarbera is the Corporate Controller for Regional Cancer Care Associates managing the financial and tax reporting responsibilities for all RCCA entities.  Janet’s background includes senior financial roles at privately held businesses in the publishing, distribution and telecommunications industries and as a partner in a regional certified public accounting firm. 

As Director of Pharmacy for Regional Cancer Care Associates, Tom is responsible for ensuring that all patients receive the highest quality pharmaceutical care. Tom has extensive experience in the clinical pharmacy practice environment, including positions as an Oncology Pharmacist and Medication Safety Officer.

As Director, Martial, under the leadership of the Vice President, Quality & Value Transformation, he drives the performance improvement strategy that supports implementation of the Oncology Medical Home (OMH) model ensuring value-based contract fulfillment requirements.

Her responsibilities include oversight of the revenue cycle team. Lisa is a Certified Professional Coder with over 16 years of healthcare experience.

As Data Analyst, Michaela manages a team of clinical data analysts producing reports and analytics focusing on clinical, operational and financial information to derive data-driven recommendations and cohesive analytical strategies for the company.
