Loren Godfrey, MD
Dr. Loren Godfrey specializes in radiation oncology and brachytherapy, and is board certified in radiation oncology. For more than 10 years, he has been treating patients in the New Jersey community. Dr. Godfrey is actively involved in brachytherapy research.
Dr. Godfrey received his medical degree from the College of Medicine, State University of New York (SUNY) Health Science Center at Brooklyn. He completed his residency at SUNY Health Science Center at Brooklyn in radiation oncology.
Dr. Godfrey holds an appointment at Hackensack University Medical Center. He is a member of the American Brachytherapy Society, American College of Radiation Oncology, American College of Radiology, and the American Society for Radiation Oncology. He is an advisor to the Radiation Therapy Program at Bergen Community College. He has been awarded the Five Stars of Caring Award from Hackensack University Medical Center, Outstanding Achievement Award from King’s County Hospital Center, and the 100% Caring Award from the Othmer Cancer Center, Long Island College Hospital.
