Martial Raymond, Director, Quality & Value Transformation

As Director, Martial, under the leadership of the Vice President, Quality & Value Transformation, drives the performance improvement strategy that supports implementation of the Oncology Medical Home (OMH) model ensuring value-based contract fulfillment requirements. In addition, he oversees care coordination; a key initiative to reinforce the care plan and control cost of care by limiting over-utilization of the healthcare system in unnecessary Emergency Department visits, in-patient admissions and re-admissions. Martial is a Notre Dame School of Medicine of Haiti graduate who practiced medicine before migrating to the United States in 2007. He brings over ten years of experience in Quality Management on the payer and provider sides to our oncology patients and in support of our physicians in New Jersey, Connecticut, Maryland, Pennsylvania and the Washington DC area.
