Samuel Singer, MD
Samuel Singer, M.D. is a neuro-oncologist at the Neurological Oncology Division – The Brain and Spine Institute at John Theurer Cancer Center. In addition to treating patients with primary brain tumors and brain metastases, he is also actively involved in research into novel therapies for these illnesses. Cancers and their treatments are frequently associated with an array of neurologic problems, including stroke, epilepsy, neuropathy and neurologic autoimmune disease, and Dr. Singer specializes in diagnosing and treating these conditions.
Prior to joining the John Theurer Cancer Center, Dr. Singer completed a fellowship in neuro-oncology at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center and his residency in neurology at New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center.
Dr. Singer is a member of the American Academy of Neurology, the American Society of Clinical Oncology and the Society for Neuro-Oncology. He is widely published in peer-reviewed journals, including Neurosurgery, Neurology, Stroke and The Oncologist.
