Seth H. Berk, MD
Dr. Seth Howard Berk specializes in hematology/oncology, and is board certified in internal medicine, hematology and oncology. For more than 20 years, he has been treating patients in the South Jersey community. Dr. Berk is the Section Chief of hematology/oncology at Virtua Memorial Hospital, and medical director of the Penn Virtua Oncology Program. He is actively involved in enrolling patients in clinical trials.
Dr. Berk received his medical degree from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. He completed his residency at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center in internal medicine and conducted his fellowship in both hematology and oncology at the Hospital of the University of Chicago. He was involved in both clinical and laboratory research, where his focus was on the development of new chemotherapy agents to treat a variety of cancers.
Dr. Berk is a member of the Medical Society of New Jersey, American Society of Clinical Oncology, and American Society of Hematology.
