Stanley Waintraub, MD
Dr. Stanley Waintraub specializes in medical oncology/hematology and breast cancer, and is board certified in medical oncology, hematology and internal medicine. For more than 30 years, he has been treating patients in the Bergen County community. Dr. Waintraub is actively involved in breast cancer research.
Dr. Waintraub received his medical degree from New York Medical College. He completed his residency at Metropolitan Hospital Center, New York, NY in internal medicine, and conducted his fellowship training at Montefiore Medical Center, Bronx, NY in hematology and at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in medical oncology.
Dr. Waintraub holds an appointment at Hackensack University Medical Center. He is a member of the American College of Physicians, American Medical Association, American Society of Hematology, American Society of Clinical Oncology, and the Bergen County Medical Society. He has been awarded the Lederle Award for Excellence in Clinical Teaching, is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians, and Healthcare Professional of the Year.
