On Wednesday, July 15, 2020, RCCA will be joining cancer advocates across the country for a virtual Community Oncology Advocacy Summit!
This one-day event is being hosted by our friends at the Community Oncology Patient Advocacy Network (CPAN). This is a nonspecific cancer type network for patients and patient advocates which we are proud to be a part of.
Patients, survivors, caregivers, and everyone else in our world are the best advocates for cancer care, and it is very important that they know more about what impacts care. This has become particularly true during the COVID-19 emergency when we have seen so much change in our communities. This Summit will provide important insight into the behind the scenes sides of cancer care that you may not be aware of.

CPAN is bringing an amazing group of experts together for this Summit to cut through the noise and talk to us directly regarding what changes have happened, what changes will remain and what will go back to pre-COVID-19, ways we can take advantage of new rules, etc. Less jargon, more real-world impact, basically.
